Program Manager, Technology Trial, Bihar

IIH will conduct an evaluation of its technology in Bihar in partnership with the Prajnopaya Foundation. The individual will bear overall responsibility of the trial and direct a team of healthcare workers delivering medication to patients with TB, monitor delivery using IIH technology, and liaise with local and state government and TB officials. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English, and those with previous experience managing healthcare field work are preferred.

Senior Software Engineer, Bangalore/Delhi/Patna

Innovators In Health is seeking a talented and seasoned software engineer to serve a critical role in establishing our core software infrastructure for our India operations. Specific responsibilities include the specification, design, and implementation of a medical records database and supporting visualization software, including wireless links to mobile collection devices.

While excellent programming skills are a must, experience in gathering user requirements, analyzing system architecture, and the ability to deliver with minimum supervision are equally necessary. Familiarity with programming cell phones or cellular data transfer protocols is preferable. Hindi language skills are needed. Candidates with 5-10 years of professional experience are preferred. Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.

This position will be on a contract basis, with the initial assignment lasting 3-6 months. Subsequent extension may be possible pending favorable performance.
